Dad's Surprise!

Yes, I know I haven't blogged all weekend but I have a very good reason for this.

Well, apparently last weekend was Mum and Dad's wedding anniversary so he wanted to take her away for the weekend. Where's the problem? Well, for some unknown reason he wanted to take us!!!

So when the boys and I came back from the Jedi Academy on Friday we were whisked into the Falcon and off to Dathomir, where he and Mum married.

Needless to say he and Mum had a great romantic time while we were left to wander the streets and find something to do. There wasn't much. We ended up practicing our lightsaber skills against one another and when we got bored Anakin and I tried to teach Jacen some basic mechanics in the Falcon. It wasn't very successful.

But on the last day we did find this cool artist dude from Sernpidal who drew us a family portrait.

Mum and Dad at the top, obviously and Anakin in between me and Jacen.

So that was my weekend!

Jedi Karate. Part II

When it was discovered yesterday that we weren't very good at karate Master Skywalker had organized a special teacher for us:

"Jackie Chan?!" We announced in unison.

"Welcome to my class, most honorable Jedi."

"Jeez, this guy looks tough!"

"You watch enough T.V to know that Zekk." teased Tenel Ka. Lowbacca agreed.

We started out with the basics but we had all got the hang of those ages ago. We moved up on to more difficult moves. Jackie Chan sure has talent.

He showed us a few stunts from some of his films.

How to take punches, things like that.

But after a while of teaching us he began to get a bit bored and started showing off...

It got more and more extreme until I accidentally made a chair move under him while he was flipping...

Well, after that he wasn't too keen on training by himself so he paired up with us, one at a time to teach us more difficult moves while the rest of us practiced.

While he was training with Jacen he kicked him paticulary hard in places that boys don't like to be kicked... Jacen was in soo much pain.
I was in the middle of my laughter when I remembered the vision I had yesterday. Thank goodness it was only a little kick. I was worried it was something more serious!

Apart from that Jackie was going pretty well until he was with Lowbacca.
We heard a really girly scream coming from the other side of the room and looked round to see...

He didn't know you let the Wookiee win!

Jedi Karate

I was practicing Jedi Karate today. It is an essential part of a Jedi's training.

I was trying to get the hang of the Force Triple Spin Kickflip. It kinna speaks for its self. It's really hard to do and you need to be in perfect tune with the Force to do it.

Lowbacca was concentrating very hard, even though as a Wookiee all he needs to do is look at someone and they run!
Jacen, of course had almost got it and Tenel Ka and Zekk were in hysterics when Zekk almost knocked himself out by accidentally flipping into the wall.

Then Master Mara Jade walked in. "O.k everybody. How are we getting on? Jaina, lets see you do it"

"Oh, great." I thought. "She always asks me" but I attempted it as best I could.

I was doing pretty well until suddenly, Whoosh! I was seeing Jacen in great pain, and then Bash! I was in great pain!

"Oww," I moaned as I rubbed my aching backside.

"What happened?" questioned Tenel Ka "you nearly had it."

"I was suddenly seeing the future. It was Jacen in a lot of pain..."

"You must be careful when sensing the future Jaina," cautioned Master Mara Jade "It is always in motion."

"I know, I know." I groaned. Ooh..My backside really hurt!

Well, the rest of the gang wasn't too hot at it either. We all had sore backsides by the end of the session.
Looks like we have a lot more practicing to do!

Master Yoda... I thank you!

Nothing much has happened here recently at the Jedi Temple, well Warrick took apart a few droids and Anakin has been busy putting them back together, but as nothing else has happened I thought I'd take this chance to put my photo on my blog as Master Yoda has told me how to!
Yes, I know I can build a speeder but I can't work a computer properly. It's nothing to be ashamed of.

Ok. Here it is.

Yes. That's me. And now I have a photo for my profile!

Don't forget about my Name Jacen's Mouse Competition.
The winner will be announced on Sunday!

Wicket W. Warrick

We had a visit from Mum's little friend today. And a nosey little thing he is to.
Here's a picture of him:

What he found so intersting about the droids I don't know but I doubt that they will ever look the same after his Pointy Stick found a few dents in their bodywork.

He's noisy as well. I was trying to meditate today (I'm trying to see if Yoda will talk to me through the force) and he came in jumping up and down jabbering in what ever lanugage they speak. C-3PO translated after he came in after him. He's acting as translator since Wicket doesn't speak English very well. Apparently he had found something in the courtyard.

When I went out it was my speeder. It's still not finished yet but Wicket found it fascinating. The little thing jumped up and down on it till I showed him how it works. Then he tried to take it apart!

Blimey! Endor must be huge to contain a destructive force that size!

P.S. Don't forget to tell me what you think that Jacen's mouse should be called!

My Dad

My Dad can get a bit competitive.

He was supposed to be giving a lecture in lessons to day about how he helped defeat Darth Vader and bring the Galaxy back to order. But it turned into how he saved the Galaxy by playing Simon Says. He showed us this picture to demonstrate.

Poor Clone Troopers. They were only after a laugh.

Just a Little Prank...

I said I'd get Jacen back.

When I walked into his room this morning he was sitting on his bed making things fly around the room. Idiot. I had a little chat with him. It went something like this:

Me: Real mature Jacen.

Jacen: What? What did I do?

Me: I know you put that spanner in my speeder.

Jacen: What?!? Someone put a spanner in your speeder?

Me: Yes. And I know it was you.

Jacen: Yea right, Jaina. Why would I put a spanner in your engine? I know you've been working like mad on that thing.

Me: And that's why you'd put a spanner in it. You've been jealous of it. Your such a baby! I'm gonna spend more time on it now, not less dummy!

Jacen: So? I made my point and Anakin helped you fix it. He told me.

Me: Ahh! But I bet he didn't tell you what I was going to do to get you back!

Jacen: Oh! I'm scared!! Are you going to... put a wookee in my bedroom?

Me: Sadly no. Seen your pet mouse recently?

Jacen: What did you do with him?

*Screams from down the hall*

Me: Guess!

Winter: JACEN SOLO!!! What have I told you about your pets and the house!! They stay in your room or they don't stay at all!!!!

Yes, poor Winter wasn't too happy. Jacen has to clean the toilets for a week. Boy boy. You think that after 19 years he'd have learnt not to mess with me. I guess it will take a little while longer for the message to sink in.

My First Competition!
Name That Mouse!

I thought that as Jacen's mouse will probably turn up in a lot of posts that it should have a name.
Please leave your ideas in the comments and I'll announce the winner next week some time!

That Brother Of Mine!

Oh my word! Jacen is sooo funny. Yea right!

He decided it would be funny to put a spanner in the works of the speeder I'm building. Quite literaly!

It took me ages to get it out! Luckly Anakin helped me. He's getting as good as me with a spanner.
I swear that Uncle Luke has been teaching Jacen how to use the Force to do things like this instead of fight with his lightsaber.

I'll get him back for this...

Hmmm... I've never used one of these things before.

Well... I'll kick things off with a few simple things about my self.
I'm the 19 year old daughter of Princess Liea and Han Solo.
I have a two brothers. Jacen and Anakin. (Jacen's my twin. I'm older!)
I was a wizz at flying by the time I was 9 and often go by the name of "Sticks" when I fly in the Rogue Squadron.

O.K. That' s enough info for now. I don't know how often I'll be able to do this blog thing, I have a lot of other things to do and I'm not alowed on the computer a lot. (Jacen hogs it most of the time!)

See you next time!
